Beversdorf Cognitive Neuroscience Lab is located at The Ohio State University Medical Center. The main focus of our lab is to investigate problem solving and the roles of stress, genetics, and pharmacology with applications in Autism Spectrum Disorders, drug withdrawal, and dementia & mild cognitive impairment. One particular interest is the modulatory role of stress and the noradrenergic system on cognitive flexibility. Other research methodologies include the use of functional MRI (fMRI) and the development of subdural microgrid electrodes.
