The Ohio State University Medical Center is composed of a complex of multiple hospitals and associated clinics. OSUMC received the 2009 US News and World Report level of Elite Honor Roll and has been highly ranked on this report for the last 17 years. OSUMC has also received the “Most Wired” award for advanced information technology over six consecutive years. The associated Ohio State University College of Medicine is ranked 23rd overall and number seven among public schools.
