Background: Dr. McAuley received his BS in Pharmacy in 1987 and his Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1993, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduation, he joined the faculty at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy as an Assistant Professor. In 2001, Dr. McAuley was promoted to Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice & Neurology. He is very active in the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program where he interacts with patients and healthcare providers regularly and has many collaborative clinical research projects. Additionally, he works closely with the Maternal-Fetal Medicine program since 2002 providing collaborative care to pregnant women with epilepsy.
